These register upgrade kits were designed to fix the main problems that all of us Airstreamers have with the existing OEM register installations.

Full Capacity Airflow - Our kits maximize the capacity of air that can flow through your vents, increasing the airflow compared to OEM vents.
Suitable for installation on Airstream trailers featuring QuietStream ducted systems, from 2014 to modern day. If you have round aluminum air registers in your trailer, these upgrade kits should fit.
Installation Instructions
**Note: This kit requires you to remove the grille cover from your OEM Airstream Air Register to complete your installation.
Required Tools:
- Phillips Screwdriver
- 1/8" and 3/16" drill bits
Recommended Tools:
We have found it very handy to have a pair of long nose locking pliers to help in removing the rivet from the OEM Air Vent assembly once it has been removed from the ceiling.

We love the extra airflow. It would be nice to have an option to order the outer piece because taking it apart to use the outer piece was very hard.
We really like this upgrade. The most challenging part is taking apart the original vent cover to reuse the outer cover on the upgrade. It would be nice to have an option of ordering just the outer cover.
Installing the new vents was a relatively simple job . The directions were easy to follow and all my vents look OEM .
