These register upgrade kits were designed to fix the main problems that all of us Airstreamers have with the existing OEM register installations.

Full Capacity Airflow - Our kits maximize the capacity of air that can flow through your vents, drastically increasing the airflow compared to OEM vents.
- True Directional Control - Spinning the vents opens and closes a true damper that can go from 0 to 360 degrees of rotation.
Suitable for installation on Airstream trailers featuring QuietStream ducted systems, from 2014 to modern day. If you have round aluminum air registers in your trailer, these upgrade kits should fit.
Installation Instructions
**Note: This kit requires you to remove the grille cover from your OEM Airstream Air Register to complete your installation.
Required Tools:
- Phillips Screwdriver
- 1/8" and 3/16" drill bits
Recommended Tools:
We have found it very handy to have a pair of long nose locking pliers to help in removing the rivet from the OEM Air Vent assembly once it has been removed from the ceiling. We recommend the long nose locking pliers from Klein, #38611

Great product
Purchased these at Airstream International in Sedalia when my neighbor was bragging about how much he loves his. Easy quick install. Totally increases air flow.
I ordered and installed 9 in my trailer. They increase the flow of air and eliminated our frequent adjustment issues to direct air to a given area of the space.
The description of how it works and the method of installation is accurate. The instruction for removing the louver from the old vent and installing it on the new ring was also accurate. It was easy and quick to change these out. I haven’t traveled a rough road that would have caused the originals to fall out but I feel pretty confident that these are much better than the originals.
The only reason I give this product a 4 is because I did not notice a vast airflow improvement after install. The quality is great and the fit works just as advertised. I’m glad I did it and maybe after spending more time in my Airstream my opinion of airflow will change.
